Publisher's Description:

 Bugfixes:

- Online is now the default setting in the icon editor

- Delete now removes the complete button entry from settings.ini

- Application starter programms (icon editor) starts now up within the program files directory

New Features:

- Own theme support (select Settings -> Themes-> My Theme, than Edit)

- Background images can now be centered or stretched

- Rename-function for all tabs at runtime (Settings - > Tabs)

Changes:

- New stand-alone ini-file for english language

- Russian language support added

- Spanish language support added
