Install instructions:
-Download and copy the files to a folder of your choice.
-Create a shortcut to TeboCam.exe and place it on your desktop.
-Tool Tips within TeboCam will explain how to populate each field.

Additions:

- command line now available
start commands with /alert then seconds or time or now then the seconds or time as a number
e.g.:
/alert seconds 600 (starts up TeboCam counting down 600 seconds when motion detection becomes active)
/alert time 0800 (starts up TeboCam counting down until 0800 when motion detection becomes active)
/alert now (starts up TeboCam with motion detection active immediately)
See the shorcut included with this release "TeboCam command line example" for an example of how to
start TeboCam with motion deteciton set to active 300 seconds after TeboCam Starts.

Ammendments:

- "Sent By Name" and "Ping SUbject" text boxes now on Email and Ftp tab.
This now allows you to configure all your email options.
- Various labels changed to improve the explanation of their significance.
- Bug fixes related to selection area not always showing when in draw mode.

2.4 Release Information:

Additions:

- Detection area button added to Webcam tab.
This will allow you to indicate which area to detect or exclude from motion detection.
Not fully tested so may have bugs.

Ammendments:

-Thumbnail images are deleted on application startup (thumbs are only required for
the Images tab and when the "Email Thumbnails" box is checked on the Alerts tab.
-Closing down of TeboCam improved so that freezes are minimised.
