If you have become the victim of crimeware that regular virus scans can't detect, use the Norton Power Eraser to target and eliminate them.

Download Instructions:
  • Click on the "Download Norton Power Eraser" button above
  • A dialog will appear, click on the "Save File"
  • Select the location where you want to save the file, and click "save".
  • Go to the location you saved the file and run the file you downloaded
  • You may get a prompt asking you to confirm that you want to run the file. Please confirm and continue with the download process.

Because the Norton Power Eraser uses aggressive methods to detect these threats, there is a risk that it can select some legitimate programs for removal. You should use this tool very carefully, and only after you have exhausted other options.
