Do you often send bcc copies of your messages? Does your boss want to have a copy of your email correspondence with clients? Auto BCC for Microsoft Outlook will change things for you in an instant! This handy tool for Microsoft Outlook is easy to understand and easy to work with. You use a flexible system of conditions and exceptions to create rules for sending CC or BCC copies to a given e-mail address or addresses. In your rules, you can use the following options and have an automatic BCC / CC copy sent for:
all outgoing emails sent from all your e-mail accounts
e-mails sent from one of your Microsoft Outlook profiles or accounts
messages sent to the specified addresses only
messages with particular words or phrases in the subject line or in the attachment name

If you select the option For all outgoing messages, BCC or CC copies will be sent for all emails whether it is a new e-mail message, an email reply or a forwarded message.
