APVA Office 365 GUI Manager is a free tool for managing simple tasks in Microsoft Office 365 online without the hassle to get into PowerShell right away.
Things like a simple password reset on users or managing mailbox permissions as ‘full mailbox access’ and ‘send as’ permissions I like to do easy.
This is the reason I built this small program.
Currently the basic stuff that’s possible are:
- User Details
- Password Reset on one or more users including deciding strong policy and password expire settings
- Extended mailbox permission like Full Mailbox Rights,Outlook Mapping,Send as,Send On Behalf
- Email Forwarding
- Global Actions
- Shared Mailboxes
- Purging Deleted Mailboxex
- Email Aliases
- Mailbox Folder Permissions (with options as Owner, Editor, Author, Reviewer)
