Publisher's Description: |
You may end up with empty folders on your computer for various reasons. For example, you may delete all files in a folder but leave the folder. However, software uninstalls account for a relatively high number of empty folders that you may not even be aware of. Thankfully, you can search for and delete such folders with Empty Folder Finder.
Apart from finding completely empty folders, you can configure the program to locate folders that are almost empty by specifying a threshold for file types, total number of files and total size.
You can drag and drop folders on the application window or browse for them. Once you have specified the path you would like to check, you can specify the number of files in a folder to list, including its sub-folders, and its total size. You may also specify the file types you want by entering their extensions.
The application displays a preview of the contents of the found folders so you can determine whether you want to go ahead with the deletion process. The preview displays folder names and locations, number of files and total sizes in megabytes. The application lists even hidden files, and you can select an entry in the list and choose whether to open or delete the folder. Please note the selected folder will be deleted without any further prompt once you click the Delete button.
Empty Folder Finder comes in both installer and portable versions. The lightweight application works fast, and you can scan an entire drive in less than a minute.DomainHostingView is a utility for Windows that collects extensive information about a domain by using a series of DNS and WHOIS queries, and generates HTML report that can be displayed in any Web browser.

Also, some WHOIS servers may block your IP address if you use DomainHostingView to get reports about many domains in short perion of time.
