It is a free, open source PDF document storage system that provides storage, indexing, and retrieval using the free Oracle Database Express Edition (Oracle Database XE).
Who should use PDFKeeper?
Anyone who wants to implement a low cost PDF document storage system in a small or home office. It can be implemented for use on a single user system or in a workgroup.
How do I get started?
Before installing PDFKeeper, please read the Release Notes, User FAQ, and Installation / Quick Start Guide.
After you have installed PDFKeeper, please read the User Guide.
All documentation, in its original format does get installed with PDFKeeper.
How do I get support?
Please visit the Issue Tracker; and complete a new issue for each unreported defect, enhancement request, and any other support request. All submissions will be reviewed promptly, and will either be accepted or rejected. Each accepted issue will be addressed by type and priority.

Release Status:
2009-10-24: PDFKeeper 1.0.0 has been released.
2009-12-05: PDFKeeper 1.0.0 Hotfix has been released to address issue #10.
2009-12-23: Work has already begun on the next release of PDFKeeper. This next release will function with Open Object Rexx 4.0.0. The primary goal of this release is to expand the supported versions of Windows to include 32-bit Vista and 7. If interested in becoming a pre-release tester, please email Robert F. Frasca.
